Workplace Safety: Privacy Notice

Only your email, company or organization and use-case note are stored for access review. The app does not keep a separate local copy.

Verduona ID sign-in and access approval are required before opening the workspace.

An access request does not itself grant workspace access or a professional review.

The controller of personal data for this public beta is Verduona s.r.o. The public waitlist stores only the email, company or organization, and short use-case note you submit.

Waitlist records are kept for manual review and are retained for 180 days by default. They do not grant workspace access.

The Sphere-entitled user of a workspace is its owner. A workspace owner or admin, or an agent acting for that user, erases one workspace with the same authenticated DELETE /api/bozp/workspaces/{workspace_id}?workspace_id={workspace_id}. The JSON body must repeat the workspace id in confirm, including when an agent acts for that user. The caller may supply an optional agent name. That GDPR erasure deletes the data/{workspace_id}/ tree for that workspace, returns a confirmation, writes an audit record outside that tree, and leaves every other workspace untouched. It does not delete the Sphere account, and it does not depend on a particular agent product.
