BOZP Evidence Assistant Terms of Use

BOZP Evidence Assistant is a gated beta evidence-preparation workspace for Czech workplace-safety and related review material. It is not legal certification, official inspection sign-off, or a replacement for qualified BOZP/PO/OZO, fire-safety, occupational-health, radiation-protection, medical, or legal professionals.

Public pages, legal pages, crawler files, and the beta waitlist may be viewed without authentication. Real workspace routes, API routes, and customer data roots remain deny-by-default behind Sphere entitlement checks.

A waitlist request, inquiry, or payment does not create access until Verduona approves the account in Sphere and the required BOZP beta entitlement is present.
