BOZP Evidence Assistant Privacy Notice

The public BOZP beta gate stores only the waitlist details you submit: email, company or organization, and a short use-case note. Do not submit employee names, medical records, incident files, contracts, secrets, or confidential customer data through the waitlist.

Workspace access is controlled by Sphere/Zitadel and requires the bozp.workspace.beta.access entitlement. Authentication and entitlement checks happen before any private BOZP workspace route is served.

Waitlist requests are used for manual Sphere allowlist review and do not grant workspace access, product provisioning, or legal review by themselves.
